Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes for 2 people, or 25 minutes for 4 people
Top Zone: Roast at 360°F for 27 mins for 2 people, or 37 mins for 4 people

Chicken Breast with Gnocchi Marinara

Ingredients
- 2 (7 oz) Chicken Breast
- 10 oz gnocchi
- 1/4 cup Marinara
- 1/4 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Herb Seasoning
Directions
1) Place the wire roasting rack into a Suvie pan. Open packages with the chicken breast and place on top of the roasting rack already in the Suvie pan. Cover with 1 tbsp olive oil and evenly distribute garlic herb seasoning on the chicken breasts. We suggest using half of the packet for 2 serviings, and the whole packet for 4.

2) Open package with gnocchi and place into the other Suvie pan. Add 3 tbsp of water the same pan.

3) Cut open the package of marinara sauce and squeeze out of plastic on top of the gnocchi so it rests on top of the gnocchi. Load chicken into the top zone of Suvie. Load gnocchi into the bottom zone of Suvie.

4) Using the track wheel, choose Cook Now. Alternatively, you can Store or Schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. Input the following settings (Make sure to select “Yes” when prompted for Cooking from Frozen)

5) After the cook is complete, remove the gnocchi and sauce and stir together with a spoon. Broil chicken for 7 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken registers 165°F. Remove chicken from Suvie. Divide chicken and gnocchi between plates, garnish with grated parmesan, and enjoy!

This one turned out quite well. The gnocchi was a little too soft so next time I would adjust the cooking time a bit. But everything was piping hot with good flavor. I even added some red pepper and leftover zucchini to the gnocchi, which tasted great! I’ll be ordering this one again.
