Meal Card: Garlic Herb Salmon with Potato Gratin and Green Beans

Flavorful garlic herb crusted salmon is the perfect pairing for rich and creamy roasted potato gratin. The gratins are roasted in Suvie until the tops are crisp and the interiors are custardy. Perfectly tender salmon filets are served alongside the gratins with crisp green beans.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 375°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings, 25 minutes for 4 servings

Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 13 minutes for 2 servings, 23 minutes for 4 servings

Select YES from frozen.

Garlic Herb Salmon with Potato Gratin and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 12 oz salmon
  • .375 oz garlic herb seasoning
  • 2 potato au gratins 
  • 5 oz green beans

Directions

1) Open green beans and add to a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4-servings- use 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp salt). Nestle potato gratins with the green beans, ensuring they touch the bottom of the pan.

2)  Open salmon and place on the roasting rack in a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp), 1/2 tsp salt (1 tsp), and garlic herb seasoning. Use half a packet for 2 filets, a whole packet for 4. 

3) Load salmon into the top zone of Suvie and green beans and gratins into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) When the cook is complete, remove the salmon from Suvie and leave the pan with the gratins and green beans in. Set broil for 5 minutes. When broil is complete, divide the food between plates and season to taste with salt and pepper.
