This meal gets all its flavor from rich Japanese curry, a rich, luxurious roux-based sauce packed with an array of warming spices and a touch of sweetness. Tender cauliflower, sweet peppers, and onions are roasted with the Japanese curry to infuse the vegetables with flavor. The veggies are then served on top of white rice, green peas, and finished with a shower of sesame seeds.
