Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 10 minutes for 2 people, or 15 minutes for 4 people
Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 15 minutes for 2 people, or 25 minutes for 4 people
Select YES from frozen when preparing a Rapid Cook Meal.
Keto Friendly Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 Vegetable Lasagnas
- 10 oz broccoli
- 5 oz peppers and onions
- 1 tbsp garlic herb rub
Directions
1) Open package with vegetable lasagna portions and place directly in a Suvie pan.

2) Open package with broccoli and load into the other Suvie Pan. Cut open peppers and onions and add to pan with broccoli. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and the garlic herb seasoning. We recommend 1/2 a packet for 2 servings and the whole packet for 4. Load the vegetable lasagna in the upper zone. Load the vegetables to the lower zone.

3) Using the track wheel, choose Cook Now. Alternatively, you can Store or Schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. Input the following settings (Make sure to select “Yes” when prompted for Cooking from Frozen):
