Squid are one of our favorite proteins because they cook quickly and taste delicious with only a little garlic and fresh lemon juice. Squid do best when cooked over high heat for a short period of time. Thankfully, Suvie’s powerful broilers make quick work of tender squid. That being said, be sure to remove the pans immediately after cooking to prevent chewy squid, the telltale sign of overcooking.
