Miso Ginger Shrimp Grain Bowl

Sweet and succulent shrimp are the perfect canvas for our umami-packed miso ginger sauce. We roast the shrimp directly in the sauce for flavor in every bite, and serve them over a bed of our favorite grain blend, which included plump edamame, shredded carrots, red bell peppers, and fluffy quinoa. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 375°F for 10 minutes for 2 servings, 20 minutes for 4 servings

Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings, 25 minutes for 4 servings 

Select YES from frozen when preparing a Rapid Cook Meal.

Ingredients

  • 1.8 oz miso ginger sauce
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 8 oz quinoa and vegetable blend

Directions

1) Open miso ginger package and squeeze into a bowl. Open shrimp, add to miso ginger sauce and toss with a spoon. Add the coated shrimp onto a roasting rack.  Place pan in top zone of your Suvie.

2) Open quinoa and vegetable blend package and add to a Suvie pan.  Place pan in bottom zone of your Suvie.

3) Load shrimp into the top zone of Suvie and quinoa into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide between plates and season to taste.
