Harissa is a hot pepper paste from northern Africa that consists of a blend of peppers, spices, and oil. Harissa is perfect to pair with savory meatballs, which can stand up to the flavorful condiment. Our harissa has a gentle heat that is more flavorful and smoky than fiery. Note: This recipe requires Suvie 2.0 and the Suvie Starch Cooker.
