Peanut Meatballs with Peppers & White Rice

Our peanut sauce is packed with ginger, onions, vinegar, spices, and creamy peanut butter, perfect for pairing with hearty beef meatballs. A side of fluffy white rice and sliced peppers and onions round out the meal. Finish your dish with a shower of nutty sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz beef meatballs
  • 10 oz white rice
  • 5 oz peppers & onions
  • 1.5 oz peanut sauce
  • 0.125 oz sesame seeds

Directions

1) Open meatballs and place on roasting rack in a Suvie pan. For 2 servings, drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over meatballs; for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil.

2) Open white rice and add to a Suvie pan. Add peppers & onions on top of white rice. For 2 servings,  season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper, For 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste..

3) Load meatballs into the top zone of Suvie and peppers & onions into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide food between plates, drizzle with peanut sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and season to taste with salt and pepper.
