Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken breast
  • 4 oz pesto
  • 2 potato au gratins
  • 8 oz green beans

Directions

1) Run warm water over pesto to thaw. Set a Suvie roasting rack into a Suvie pan. Cut open chicken and arrange on the roasting rack. Open the pesto and squeeze an equal amount on top of each chicken breast so that the sauce evenly coats each breast.

2) Open potato au gratins and place in a separate Suvie pan. Cut open green beans and scatter around the potato au gratins.

3) Load chicken into the top zone of your Suvie and potato au gratins and green beans into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

I’ll just buy my own locally and see if there is a taste difference (and of-course how much more or LESS the ingredients… Read more »

I made the meal kit today and it was fantastic! I agree with the other poster that it may improve if the pesto is added after and the chicken breast seasoned. I would absolutely buy this kit again and look forward to making it using our own ingredients.
