Red Pepper Pesto Sausage with Potato Gratin

Our red pepper pesto, made with fresh basil, aged Parmesan, and red bell peppers, is the perfect sauce for sweet Italian sausages because it plays up the sweet and savory nature of this dish. Potato gratins are the ultimate accompaniment, as their rich and creamy mozzarella-packed interiors are the ideal foil for tangy pesto and sweet sausage.
