Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes for 2 people, or 25 minutes for 4 people
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 10 minutes for 2 people, or 12 minutes for 4 people

Salmon with Lemon Herb Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) salmon filets
- 10 oz gnocchi
- 6 oz lemon herb sauce
- 3 oz peas
- 1 tbsp garlic herb seasoning
Directions
1) Place the wire roasting rack into a Suvie pan. Cut open packages with the salmon. Place the salmon filets on the roasting rack within the Suvie Pan. Cover with 1 tbsp olive oil and evenly distribute garlic herb seasoning on the salmon filets. We suggest using half of the packet for 2 filets, and the whole packet for 4.

2) Open package with gnocchi and place into the other Suvie pan. Add 3 tbsp of water to the same pan, then open the package with green peas and sprinkle evenly over the gnocchi.

3) Cut open the package of lemon herb sauce and squeeze it out of plastic on top of the gnocchi so that it rests on top of the gnocchi. Load the salmon in the upper zone. Load the gnocchi with sauce in the lower zone.

4) Using the track wheel, choose Cook Now. Alternatively, you can Store or Schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. Input the following settings (Make sure to select “Yes” when prompted for Cooking from Frozen):

5) After the cook is complete, mix the gnocchi, peas and sauce with a spoon. Check the internal temperature of the Salmon is 145˚F. Divide between cooked food between plates, and garnish with the grated parmesan. Enjoy!
