Here is yet again another recipe that says “confirm broil” but my machine says 0 automatically and you provide zero guidance on how long I should broil in the recipe. How about some guidance on what a good broil time should be? Shouldn’t be that difficult.

Hi Scott, the broil time is 4 minutes. We will update the recipe to make it more clear. Please note that all the cook settings for all Suvie Meals are already loaded onto your Suvie for easy access.

Cook times, yes. Broil times, no. I’ve mentioned this issue several times and received different answers from “it’s not required it’s whatever you want” to “7 minutes” to now “4 minutes and all times are already loaded”. If the broil time was loaded in my suvie already, I wouldn’t be bringing this to your attention.

Hi Scott, each broil time is different for each recipe that is why sometimes it is 4 minutes and sometimes it is 7 minutes depending on the ingredient. Technical team is aware of the issue and working to fix the broil time. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
