Bottom Zone: Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 people, or 20 minutes for 4 people

Top Zone: Bake at 360°F for 27 minutes for 2 people, or 37 minutes for 4 people

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken
  • 1.8 oz peanut sauce
  • 10 oz white rice
  • 8 oz green beans

Directions

1) Set a Suvie roasting rack into a Suvie pan. Cut open chicken and arrange on the roasting rack.

2) Cut open white rice and pour into a separate Suvie pan. Cut open green beans and scatter over the rice. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt). Allow peanut sauce to come to room temperature while your meal cooks. 

3) Load chicken into the top zone of your Suvie and rice and green beans into the bottom. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide chicken, rice, and green beans between plates. Drizzle each serving with peanut sauce and serve.
