Sausage with Gnocchi Marinara

Enjoy a delicious Italian meal that’s ready in less than 40 minutes. Rich and tangy marinara sauce meets sweet green peas, tender gnocchi, and flavor packed sweet Italian sausage in this classic meal. A shower of Parmesan cheese just before serving adds rich savoriness. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings, 25 minutes for 4 servings

Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 30 minutes for 2 servings, 40 minutes for 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 12 oz sweet Italian sausage 
  • 10 oz gnocchi 
  • 3 oz green peas
  • 6 oz marinara sauce 
  • 0.5 oz Parmesan cheese 

Directions

1) Cut open sausage and place links in the rack in a Suvie pan. 

2) Cut open gnocchi and pour into a separate Suvie pan. Open green peas and add on top of gnocchi. Cut open marinara sauce and lay on top of gnocchi and peas. Add 3 tbsp of water to the pan (for 4-servings, use 6 tbsp of water).

3) Load sausage into the top zone of Suvie and gnocchi into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

 4) After the cook is complete, mix the gnocchi, green peas, and marinara together with a spoon. Divide between plates with sausage and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
