Tender pillows of gnocchi and sweet green peas are cooked in a delectable lemon herb sauce and served with tender shrimp in this flavorful Rapid Cook meal. Bottom Zone: Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes 

Top Zone: Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes 

Select YES from frozen when preparing a Rapid Cook Meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 10 oz gnocchi 
  • 6 oz lemon herb sauce
  • 5 oz green peas 

Directions

1) Place wire roasting rack in a Suvie pan. Open packages with shrimp and arrange on the roasting rack. 

2) Cut open gnocchi package and pour into a separate Suvie pan with 3 tbsp water. Cut open peas and scatter on top of gnocchi. 

3) Cut open lemon herb sauce and squeeze on top of the gnocchi and peas. 

4) Load shrimp into the bottom zone of Suvie and gnocchi and peas into the top zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

5) After the cook is complete, mix the gnocchi, peas, and lemon herb sauce together. Divide gnocchi and shrimp between plates and serve.
