Shrimp with Lemon Herb Gnocchi with Peas

Tender pillows of gnocchi and sweet green peas are cooked in a delectable lemon herb sauce and served with tender shrimp in this flavorful Rapid Cook meal. Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings, 20 minutes for 4 servings

Top Zone: Roast at 250°F for 5 minutes for 2 people, or 10 minutes for 4 people

Select YES from frozen when preparing a Rapid Cook Meal.

Shrimp with Lemon Herb Gnocchi with Peas

Ingredients

  • 8 oz peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 10 oz gnocchi 
  • 6 oz lemon herb sauce
  • 5 oz green peas 

Directions

1) Place wire roasting rack in a Suvie pan. Open packages with shrimp and arrange on the roasting rack. Season with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt).

2) Cut open gnocchi package and pour into a separate Suvie pan with 3 tbsp water. Cut open peas and scatter on top of gnocchi. 

3) Cut open lemon herb sauce and squeeze on top of the gnocchi and peas. 

4) Load shrimp into the top zone of Suvie and gnocchi and peas into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

5) After the cook is complete, mix the gnocchi, peas, and lemon herb sauce together. Divide gnocchi and shrimp between plates and serve.

Directions are different than what came in mail very confusing

So shrimp are frozen and so is sauce. Don’t you have to thaw in order to season and cook in suvie?

Hi Matthew, all the Rapid Cook Meals are cooked from frozen.
