Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 5 mins for 2 servings, 10 mins for 4 servings
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins for 2 servings, 25 mins for 4 servings

Spicy Peanut Vegetable Bowl

Ingredients
- 10 oz white rice
- 5 oz green peas
- 10 oz cauliflower
- 5 oz peppers & onions
- 1.8 oz peanut sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 oz almonds
Directions
1) Open the white rice and add to a Suvie pan. Open the green peas and distribute evenly over the rice. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt). Place pan in the top zone of your Suvie.

2) Open the cauliflower, peppers, and onions, and add to a separate Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt). Place pan in the bottom zone of your Suvie.

3) Input settings and cook now. Set peanut sauce out to come to room temperature. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (Please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide food between plates, drizzle with peanut sauce, and garnish with red pepper flakes and almonds.
