Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 people, or 20 minutes for 4 people
Top Zone: Roast at 250°F for 5 minutes for 2 people, or 10 minutes for 4 people

Thai Chili Shrimp

Ingredients
- 8 oz peeled, deveined shrimp
- 2 oz Thai Chili sauce
- 10 oz white rice
- 8 oz green beans
- 1 oz sesame seeds
Directions
1) Place wire roasting rack in a Suvie pan. Open packages with shrimp and arrange on the roasting rack. Season with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt).

2) Cut open rice package and pour into a separate Suvie pan. Cut open green beans and scatter on top of white rice. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. For 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive and 2 tsp salt.

3) Load shrimp into the top zone of Suvie and rice and green beans into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide shrimp, rice, and green beans between plates. Cut open Thai chili sauce and drizzle over the shrimp. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
