Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 5 minutes for 2 servings, 15 minutes for 4 servings

Top Zone: Roast at 250°F for 5 minutes for 2 people, or 10 minutes for 4 people

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shrimp
  • 10 oz Broccoli
  • 5 oz Peppers & Onions
  • 7 oz Thai Curry Sauce

Directions

1) Set a Suvie roasting rack into a Suvie pan. Open shrimp and pour onto roasting rack. Drizzle with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. For 4 servings, use 1 tbsp olive and 2 tsp salt. Place pan in top zone of your Suvie.

2) Open broccoli and add to a separate Suvie pan. Open peppers and onions and evenly distribute over the broccoli. Cut open Thai curry sauce and squeeze on top of vegetables. Place pan in bottom zone of your Suvie.

3) Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide food between plates and serve.
