This beef teriyaki recipe couldn’t be any easier or more delicious. Sous viding the beef with the teriyaki sauce simultaneously marinades and cooks the beef, resulting in highly flavorful and perfectly cooked meat. We serve the beef teriyaki with snow peas, which we broil briefly in order to soften, but also retain a welcome crunch. Finish the dish with a garnish of sesame seeds and sesame oil for a nutty finish.

3) After the cook, remove pans from your Suvie. Remove steak from packaging, allowing marinade to drip back into the bag. Discard marinade. Dry pan and return steak to it. Place snow peas in a second Suvie pan and drizzle with ½ tsp sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Insert both pans into your Suvie and broil 10 minutes or until meat is browned and snow peas are softened.

4) Fluff rice with a fork and season to taste with salt. Divide rice, steak, and snow peas between bowls, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
