Turkey Meatballs and Herbed Cream Sauce

These slow cooked meatballs include tarragon and parsley in the mix, bringing herby brightness to this delicious, classic dish. We’ve used ground turkey to keep the meatball on the leaner side and Italian breadcrumbs for a quick and easy seasoning solution. Feel free to get creative with other herb variations such as dill or thyme to make this dish your own.

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Hi Leanna, Suvie always applies the same cook settings to the top and bottom zone when Slow Cooking. Suvie never asks for the top zone setting when Slow Cooking because the time and temperature are predicated on whatever settings you use for the bottom zone. Suvie automatically sets the top zone once you input the settings for the bottom zone so you don’t have to input anything. Slow cook High for 1 hour and 30 seconds on the bottom means 1 hour and 30 minutes on the top. Hope that clarifies the situation!
