Our latest meal is serving up cantina vibes. We broil kicky pepper jack cheese on top of smoky soy chorizo, roasted peppers, and onions until melted and bubbling. This mouth-watering mixture is then tucked into warm flour tortillas for flavor in every bite.
Meal Card: Meatless Chorizo Tacos

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages flour tortillas
- 1-2 packages chorizo crumbles
- 1-2 packages peppers & onions
- 1-2 packets pepper jack cheese
Directions
1) Set pepper jack cheese on the counter to thaw, or place in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal. Remove flour tortillas from their packaging and wrap in aluminum foil. Place in a Suvie pan and place in the bottom zone of Suvie.
2) Before opening, tap chorizo and pepper & onion packages on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open and pour into a second Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 10 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)
4) Remove chorizo mixture from Suvie. Stir chorizo and vegetables together and then season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle pepper jack cheese over the chorizo mixture and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 5 minute broil time.
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Divide tortillas between plates and fill with chorizo mixture.
