This vibrant poke bowl is a fresh and satisfying way to enjoy your veggies. Loaded with colorful carrots, hearty edamame, tender rice, and creamy avocado all tossed in savory teriyaki dressing, this delicious dish is finished with a drizzle of our signature creamy Sriracha sauce for the perfect kick.
Meal Card: Vegetarian Poke Bowl with Creamy Sriracha

Ingredients
- Creamy Sriracha Sauce (1-2 packets)
- Teriyaki Sauce (2-4 packets)
- Diced Avocado (1-2 packages)
- Edamame (1-2 packages)
- Parisian Carrots (1-2 packages)
- White Rice (1-2 packages)
Directions
1) Place avocado on the counter to thaw. Place packets of teriyaki and creamy sriracha sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place sriracha sauce and avocado in the fridge to thaw.
2) Tap packages of white rice and edamame on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan and season with 1 tbsp vegetable oil (2 tbsp for 4 servings) and salt to taste. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Open Parisian carrots into a second Suvie pan. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and place in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 mins)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Season carrots, edamame, and rice with salt to taste; transfer to bowls. Top each serving with avocado and a drizzle of creamy sriracha sauce.
