These loaded potato nachos deliver a comforting, savory twist on a classic snack, combining tender shredded pork, smoky Cajun seasoning, and melted cheese over perfectly roasted potatoes. It’s the ultimate easy-to-make indulgence, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or game-day feast.
Meal Card: Loaded Potato Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 package shredded pork
- 1 package roasted potatoes
- 1 packet Cajun seasoning
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 packets tomato salsa
Directions
1) Place packets of tomato salsa in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place cheddar cheese on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place salsa and cheese in the fridge to thaw.
2) Open roasted potatoes into a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the potatoes. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
3) Open shredded pork into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir potatoes to redistribute. Shred pork with a fork and spread evenly over the potatoes. Top pork with cheese and return pan to the bottom zone of Suvie. Confirm 5 minute broil time.
6) Remove pan from Suvie. Serve loaded potato nachos hot with tomato salsa on the side.
