Ingredients
- 1-2 packages cooked beef strips
- 1-2 packets hoisin sauce
- 1-2 packets garlic chips
- 1-2 packages green beansÂ
- 1-2 packages white rice
Directions
1) Place packet of hoisin sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place garlic chips on the counter to thaw.
2) Open beef strips and green beans into a Suvie pan. Pour hoisin sauce over the beef. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Open white rice into a Suvie pan. Season generously with oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 8 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 12 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
4) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir beef and green beans together to coat in sauce. Fluff rice with a fork.
5) Divide rice between plates, top with Mongolian beef, and sprinkle with garlic chips just before serving.
