Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages marinara sauce
  • 1-2 packages gnocchi
  • 1-2 packages mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 packets garlic chips
  • 1-2 packages broccoli

Directions

1) Place packet of marinara sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place mozzarella cheese on the counter to thaw or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal. 

2) Open gnocchi into a Suvie pan followed by the marinara. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Open broccoli in a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle garlic chips over the broccoli. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 10 minutes for 2 servings (15 minutes for 4 servings)

Top Zone: Roast at 315°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 30 minutes) 

4) Remove gnocchi from Suvie, leaving broccoli in place to keep warm. Stir gnocchi and marinara together until cohesive, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella over the gnocchi and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 7 minute broil time. 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Divide gnocchi between plates with broccoli and serve.
