Meal Card: Sweet Chili Pork Sandwich

Our rich and savory shredded pork is the star of this juicy, mouthwatering sandwich. Glazed with Thai hot & sweet sauce, topped with tangy pickles, and stuffed between plush hoagie rolls, this pork sandwich is a unique spin on a classic favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages shredded pork
  • 1-2 packages roasted sweet potatoes
  • 3-6 packets sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 packages dill pickle chips
  • 1-2 packages hoagie rolls

Directions

1) Place sweet chili sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place pickles and hoagie rolls on the counter to thaw or on top of Suvie to warm. 

2) Open shredded pork into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie

3) Open sweet potatoes into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 30 minutes)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes) 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Pour sweet chili sauce over the pork and stir to incorporate. 

6) Cut hoagie rolls in half. Spoon shredded pork into the rolls and top with dill pickle chips, serving sweet potatoes on the side.
