Ingredients
- 2-4 Italian pork sausages
- 2-4 hoagie rolls
- 1-2 packages peppers & onions
- 1-2 packages roasted potatoes
Directions
1) Place hoagie rolls on the counter or on top of Suvie to thaw.
2) Remove peppers and onions from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Remove sausages from packaging and nestle into the peppers and onions. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Remove roasted potatoes from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 30 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 40 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Divide sausages, peppers, and onions between hoagie rolls. Season potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Divide between plates with the hoagies.
