Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 24 minutes for 2 people, or 34 minutes for 4

Tangy Sesame Teriyaki Chicken with Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • Chicken (2 breasts – 4 breasts)
  • Cauliflower Rice (1 package – 2 packages)
  • Green Peas (1 package – 2 packages)
  • Teriyaki Sauce (1 packet – 2 packets)
  • Sesame Seeds (1 packet – 2 packets)

Directions

 1) Place the wire roasting rack into a Suvie pan. Cut open packages with the chicken. Place the chicken breasts on the roasting rack set within the Suvie pan.

2) Before opening, tap cauliflower rice and green pea packages against the countertop to break up any large pieces. Add cauliflower rice and green peas to a separate Suvie pan. Season rice and peas with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper (season with 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt if cooking a 4 person serving).

3)  Load the chicken in the top zone, and then load the cauliflower rice and peas in the bottom zone. Remove teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds from freezer and set aside during the cook.

4) Using the track wheel, choose Cook Now or Schedule. (Make sure to select “Yes” when prompted for Cooking from Frozen):

5) After the cook is complete, remove cauliflower rice and peas from Suvie and season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from Suvie and cut into slices. Divide between plates and garnish with the teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
