8 Great Suvie Sandwiches

1) Steak Sandwiches with Horseradish Sauce

These sandwiches are a nod to the classic Sunday dinner pairing of roast beef with horseradish sauce. In this reimagined version we stuff soft and fluffy potato rolls with medium-rare slices of steak, thinly sliced red onion, and flavorful horseradish sauce.

4) Cubano Pork Sandwiches 

This classic south Florida sandwich gets the Suvie treatment! Pork tenderloin is slathered in a tangy wet rub of garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and citrus. The pork is then sous vide until perfectly cooked, and sliced for optimum sandwich experience. Traditional Cubano sandwich ingredients of mustard, pickles, and Swiss cheese join our perfect pork right before being pressed and toasted. 

5) Pulled Chicken Sandwiches 

When you don’t have a smoker at your disposal, but badly want BBQ, call on your Suvie to do the heavy lifting. We cook boneless, skinless chicken thighs in BBQ sauce for over 2 hours to approximate the taste and texture of delicious, but onerous outdoor BBQ. 6) Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches 

One of the most iconic, regional sandwiches in the country is the Chicago Italian beef sandwich. Perfectly cooked, medium-rare roast beef is thinly sliced and doused in rich beef broth. A classic seasoning of Italian herbs, onion, garlic, salt, and celery is generously rubbed over the roast before cooking. Giardiniera pickles and green bell peppers add a nice punchy bite to this delicious sandwich.

7) Short Rib Sandwiches with Cheddar and Onions
