This morning, Suvie was informed by one of our suppliers that cauliflower rice used in some of our Suvie Meals is being recalled due to the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes, which is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in certain individuals, especially young children, frail or elderly people, those with weakened immune systems and pregnant women. Because there is a potential food safety concern, we are voluntarily recalling our impacted cauliflower rice products out of an abundance of caution.
Recalled product was shipped between November 10, 2023 through this week.
Please check your freezer for the lot codes listed below to check to see if you have recalled product. Please reference the photos below to locate the affected lot codes.

Please immediately discard and DO NOT CONSUME any cauliflower rice in your possession with any of the following lot codes printed on the packaging:

If you are unsure, please take a photo of your cauliflower rice in its packaging and email help@suvie.com with the picture. Our team will let you know if it should be discarded or if it is safe to consume.
If you are impacted by this voluntary recall, we will be issuing a credit to your account for any affected meals, which you will see in the next 1-2 business days.
We sincerely apologize for this supplier-related recall. Your safety is our highest priority and we have taken immediate steps to ensure our cauliflower rice product is no longer sourced from this supplier, and any affected product has been removed from our inventory and is no longer available for sale.
If you have any questions at all about this situation, please email us at help@suvie.com. Thank you for your understanding.
