Ingredients

  • 2-4 salmon filets
  • 1-2 packages brussel sprouts
  • 1-2 packages roasted potatoes
  • 1-2 packets lemon herb sauce

Directions

1) Place lemon herb sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw, or place in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this cook. (You can also place on top of Suvie to warm if you are doing a “Cook Now”.)

2) Open salmon and place on the roasting rack (handles facing up) in a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper). Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.

3) Gently tap Brussels sprouts and potatoes against the counter to break apart, then open and add to a bowl and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper).

4) Evenly spread Brussels and potatoes on a Suvie air fry basket. Place air fry basket in the bottom zone of Suvie (be sure to use a Suvie sheet pan in the bottom zone to catch any oil or crumbs).

5) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 20 mins, for 4 servings, Air Fry for 25 mins

Top Zone: Air Fry at 325°F for 15 minutes, for 4 servings, Air Fry for 20 mins

6) When the cook is complete, remove salmon from Suvie and set aside to rest for 4 minutes. Add lemon herb sauce to a microwave safe container to heat in the microwave in 30 second increments.

7) After resting, divide salmon, potatoes and Brussels sprouts between plates. Drizzle the lemon herb sauce over the salmon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

What is the recommendation for preparing the 4 serving? Not sure all of that will fit in the air fryer baskets on the bottom?

Hi Christy, this isn’t on the meal card, but one thing you could try is putting the potatoes on the sheet pan underneath the airfry basket. I haven’t tested this myself, but you should still get air circulation and you don’t have to worry about overcrowding the basket. The official recommendation would be to try to arrange everything in the basket, but dividing up the ingredients might be a good hack.
