Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 packets Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 – 2 packages Shredded Pork
  • 1 – 2 packages Peppers and Onions
  • 1 – 2 packages Green Peas
  • 1 – 2 packages White Rice

Directions

1) Place stir fry sauce in a bowl of hot water for 2-3 minutes to thaw.

2) Open shredded pork and place in a Suvie pan. Before opening, tap the pepper & onions against the countertop to break up any large pieces. Open and place around the pork. Cut open stir fry sauce and pour on top of the pork.

3) Gently tap white rice and green pea packages against the counter to break up any large pieces. Pour into a second Suvie pan and season with 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1/4 tsp salt (for 4 servings, season with 4 tbsp water, 2 tbsp olive oil, and ½ tsp salt).

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 39 mins)

5) After cooking, remove pork from Suvie, leaving white rice and peas in Suvie to keep warm. Use two forks to separate the pork and stir into the sauce and peppers and onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6) Return pan to Suvie. Confirm 10 minute broil time for the pork, and cook.

7) After the broil, remove both pans from Suvie. Fluff the white rice and peas with a fork and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide rice between plates and top with pork.

Hi Annabella, all components of Suvie meals come frozen and are cooked from frozen.
