Enjoy our fully loaded burrito bowl, brimming with spicy soy chorizo so delicious you’ll be hard pressed to tell it’s not meat. Tender white rice, smoky corn, black beans, and sweet corn compliment the savory chorizo. A tangy pineapple salsa tops it all off.
Meal Card: Soy Chorizo Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages soy chorizo crumble
- 1-2 packages rice
- 1-2 packages southwest veg blend
- 1-2 packets pineapple salsa
Directions
1) Set pineapple salsa on the counter to thaw, or place in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal. Open soy chorizo crumble and place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
2) Before opening, tap rice and sw veg blend packages against the countertop to break up any large pieces. Open and pour into a second Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp ground black pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)
4) Remove pans from Suvie. Season rice and vegetables to taste with salt and pepper, and then divide between plates. Divide chorizo on top of the rice and vegetables. Top each serving with pineapple salsa.
