Step into summer with our juicy new BBQ beef sandwiches. Plush brioche buns are the perfect vehicle for tender beef enrobed in tangy, sweet BBQ sauce. To round out this warm weather staple, we serve our sandwiches with a side of grilled corn.
Meal Card: BBQ Beef Sandwiches with Grilled Corn

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets BBQ sauce
- 1-2 packages shredded beef
- 1-2 packages grilled corn
- 2-4 brioche buns
Directions
1) Run BBQ sauce under warm water to thaw. Place brioche buns on the counter to thaw.
2) Remove shredded beef from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Open BBQ sauce and pour over the beef. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Remove grilled corn from packaging and place in a second Suvie pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 39 mins)
5) Remove beef from Suvie. Shred meat with two forks and stir together with the BBQ sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6) Divide BBQ beef between brioche buns. Remove corn from Suvie, season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates with the sandwiches and serve.
