Peppery, rich, and creamy, cacio e pepe is a pasta-lover’s dream. Delicious on its own, we’ve upped the wow factor by adding juicy roasted chicken breasts and sweet green peas to mix for a complete meal that satisfies.
Meal Card: Creamy Cacio e Pepe Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets cacio e pepe sauce
- 2-4 chicken breasts
- 1-2 packages green peas
- 1-2 packages penne pasta
Directions
1) Place packet of cacio e pepe sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.
2) Open chicken and place on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp (2 tbsp for 4 servings) olive oil, 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp for 4 servings) salt and freshly ground pepper. Place chicken in the Top Zone of Suvie.
3) Open penne pasta and green peas into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed cacio e pepe sauce over the pasta. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer chicken breasts to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. Stir pasta, peas, and cacio e pepe sauce together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut chicken into slices and divide between plates with the pasta.
