Meal Card: Grilled Shrimp Pineapple Tacos with Cheesy Flour Tortillas

These sweet and savory tacos will transport your tastebuds to the coast of Mexico. We tuck tender grilled shrimp and cheesy roasted peppers and onions into soft flour tortillas. To finish, a drizzle of juicy pineapple salsa adds fresh verdancy.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packets pineapple salsa
  • 1-2 packages flour tortillas
  • 1-2 packets pepper jack cheese
  • 1-2 packages grilled shrimp
  • 1-2 packages peppers & onions 

Directions

1) Place packets of pineapple salsa and pepper jack cheese on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place salsa and cheese in the refrigerator to thaw. 

2) Wrap tortillas in foil and place in the bottom zone of Suvie.

3) Tap package of onions & peppers on the counter to break up any large pieces. Place peppers, onions, and shrimp in a second Suvie pan. Season with oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 10 minutes

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 5 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 10 minutes) 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Arrange warmed tortillas on a cutting board and sprinkle pepper jack cheese over each tortilla to slightly melt. 

6) Divide shrimp, peppers, and onions between warmed tortillas. Divide tacos between plates. Spoon pineapple salsa over each taco just before serving.
