Meal Card: Hoisin Pork Roll

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages shredded pork
  • 1-2 packets hoisin sauce
  • 2-4 brioche buns
  • 1-2 packets pineapple salsa
  • 1-2 packages green peas 

Directions

1) Place hoisin sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place pineapple salsa and brioche buns on the counter to thaw, or place salsa in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal. If desired, place brioche buns on top of Suvie to warm. 

2) Open shredded pork into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed hoisin sauce over the pork and place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Open green peas into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 10 minutes for 2 servings (15 minutes for 4 servings)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes) 

4) Remove pans from Suvie. Shred pork with two forks, stirring to incorporate with the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5) Divide hoisin pork between rolls with pineapple salsa. Season green peas to taste with salt and pepper and divide between plates with the pork rolls.
