Meal Card: Classic Steak with Potato au Gratin & Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages tri-tip steak
- 1-2 packages potato au gratin
- 1-2 packages green beans
Directions
1) Open tri tip steak into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
2) Open green beans into a Suvie pan and season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Nestle potato au gratins into the green beans, ensuring they touch the bottom of the pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 375°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
4) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 4 minutes. Divide potato au gratins and green beans between plates.
5) Thinly slice steak against the grain and divide between plates.
