Meal Card: Chef Chad’s Barbecue Tri-Tip Steak

Enjoy a classic homestyle dinner featuring juicy tri-tip slathered in smoky BBQ sauce. We roast the steak, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil the top for a kiss of heat that caramelizes the sauce and deepens its flavor. We serve our savory steak with a side of toasted cornbread and tangy glazed carrots for comfort food at its finest.

“I love steak, and this is comfort food I can get behind. Save a little cornbread for the sauce left on your plate. Trust me!” – Chef Chad
