Herb Roasted Chicken with Garlic Potatoes and French Green Beans

Our roasted half chicken, seasoned with thyme, salt, and pepper, is served with herb and garlic potatoes and a side of crisp haricot vert. One bite and you’ll transport yourself to a Parisian bistro without ever having to leave the comfort of your own home. 

Suvie Cook Settings

For 2 servings enter the following settings starting with the Bottom Zone.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes.

For 4 servings enter the following settings starting with the Bottom Zone. 

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes

  • 1 (17 oz) herb roasted half chicken
  • 5 oz French green beans
  • 10 oz roasted herb & garlic potatoes

Directions

1) Open French green beans and add to a Suvie pan. Open roasted half chicken and add on top of green beans (for a 4-person serving, reserve second chicken half for other pan).

2) Open roasted herb & garlic potatoes and add to a Suvie pan. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil (for a 4-person serving, place second chicken half on top of the potatoes). 

3) Load chicken and green beans into the top zone of Suvie and roasted potatoes into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) When the cook is complete, divide food between plates, drizzle with juices from the pan and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Potatoes did not come cut. Impossible to cook from frozen so needed to find another side for dinner tonight
