Meal Card: Chicken Shawarma Wrap with French Fries and Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- 1-2 packets garlic parmesan sauce
- 1-2 packages shawarma style chicken
- 1-2 packages crinkle cut fries
- 1-2 packages pita bread
Directions
1) Place garlic parmesan sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw (or refrigerate if scheduling). Set pita bread on top of the appliance to warm.
2) Cut open the shawarma-style chicken and place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Cut open and distribute the french fries in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the bottom zone of Suvie with a Suvie sheet pan underneath to catch any oil or crumbs.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 400°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Air Fry for 20 mins)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 39 mins)
5) When the cook is complete, remove the chicken and use a fork to separate and spread into an even layer. Return pan to Suvie.
6) Shake the air fry basket to redistribute the fries, and then return basket to Suvie. Select “cook more” on the screen to cook for another 5 minutes. Massage the garlic parmesan sauce together if it has separated.
7) After the cook, divide the chicken between the pita breads and drizzle with the garlic parmesan sauce. Serve with french fries.
