Our new zesty cilantro lime chicken is the perfect intersection of delicious yet healthful. Juicy roast chicken breasts are served over tender green beans and cauliflower florets. The shining star of this meal is our cilantro lime crema, which we drizzle over each serving for a creamy, citrusy, and herbaceous pop of flavor in every bite.
Meal Card: Zesty Cilantro Lime Chicken with Roasted Cauliflower and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2-4 chicken breasts
- 1-2 packets cilantro lime crema
- 1-2 packages cauliflower florets
- 1-2 packages green beans
Directions
1) Run cilantro lime crema packets under hot water to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place cilantro lime crema in the fridge to thaw.
2) Open chicken breast and place on the Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) in a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) olive oil, 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) salt and freshly ground pepper. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Cut open the packages of cauliflower and green beans and add to a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) olive oil, 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir vegetables together until combined. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
5) After cooking, remove pans from Suvie. Transfer chicken to a cutting board to let rest for 4 minutes. Stir vegetables together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
6) Divide vegetables between plates. Cut chicken against the grain into slices. Divide between plates and drizzle cilantro lime crema over each serving.
