Our creamy, dreamy penne alla vodka will have you feeling like you’re dining at your favorite trattoria. Tender tubes of penne pasta are enveloped in silky smooth sauce, punctuated by juicy chunks of grilled chicken breast and finished with a flurry of Parmesan cheese. A side of roasted cauliflower florets rounds out the meal.
Meal Card: Grilled Chicken Penne alla Vodka
Ingredients
- 1-2 trays Grilled Chicken Penne alla Vodka
- 1-2 packages broccoli
Directions
For 2-servings
1A) Remove plastic from the chicken penne alla vodka tray and place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
2A) Before opening, gently tap broccoli on the counter to break apart. Open broccoli and add to a second Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper. Place in bottom zone of Suvie.
For 4-servings
1B) In a large bowl, stir together both packages of broccoli, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
2B) Remove plastic from the chicken penne alla vodka trays and place each in a Suvie pan. Evenly distribute broccoli next to the chicken penne alla vodka trays. Place identical pans in Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast 350°F at for 30 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes)
4) When the cook is complete, remove pans from Suvie. Divide chicken penne alla vodka and broccoli between plates. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This meal card was missing from my delivery. I tried to follow these directions but it does not say which pan goes on top vs bottom. It also does not say whether the temps are listed if the meal heating times are listed from frozen or from thawed. I’ll just have to guess but this recipe meal card is not helpful.
