Ingredients

  • 1 packet turkey gravy
  • 1 packet cranberry sauce
  • 2 pieces corn bread
  • 1 package turkey breast
  • 1 package potato puree
  • 1 packet green beans

Directions

1) Place packet of turkey gravy and cranberry sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place corn bread packages on top of Suvie to warm. Place green beans on the counter to thaw, or in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal.

2) Remove turkey breast from packaging and place on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.

3) Gently tap package of potato puree on the counter to break apart. Open potatoes into a Suvie pan. Add 2 tbsp butter, ½ cup milk or water, 1/2 tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer turkey to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes.

6) Stir potatoes and season to taste with salt and pepper. Push potatoes to one side of the Suvie pan and place green beans on the other side. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

7) Return pan to Suvie and broil for 5 minutes or until green beans are hot.

8) Transfer turkey gravy to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments until hot.

9) Cut turkey against the grain into slices. Divide between plates with the green beans, potatoes, and thawed cranberry sauce. Drizzle hot turkey gravy over each serving. Serve with corn bread on the side.
