Meal Card: Korean Bibimbap Steak Bowl

Enjoy this crowd-pleasing Korean favorite filled to the brim with juicy pieces of grilled steak coated in savory, sweet, and spicy sauce. A medley of edamame, carrots, and rice serves as the perfect base for soaking up all that delicious sauce.

Meal Card: Korean Bibimbap Steak Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages steak bites
  • 1-2 packet Korean bibimbap sauce
  • 1-2 packages parisian carrots
  • 1-2 packages edamame
  • 1-2 packages jasmine rice

Directions

1) Place packet of bibimbap sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal. 

2) Open grilled steak bites into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Before opening, tap package of rice on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan with edamame and carrots. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes) 

Top Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Season rice and vegetables to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates with steak bites, drizzling bibimbap sauce over each serving.
