Meal Card: Loaded Nacho Fries with Black Beans & Corn

Kick off game day with our creamy, flavor-packed nacho fries. Crisp crinkle cut fries are enrobed in a blanket of punchy cheddar cheese sauce studded with charred corn, earthy black beans, and sweet red bell peppers. This winning combination will have everyone coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages cheddar jalapeño sauce
  • 1-2 packages SW Vegetable Mix
  • 1-2 packages crinkle cut fries

Directions

1) Place cheddar jalapeño sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. 

2) Gently knock package of french fries against the countertop to break up any clumps. Cut open and distribute the french fries in an even layer in a Suvie Air Fry Basket. Place air fry basket in the middle of the bottom zone and place the Suvie sheet pan underneath it to catch any oil or crumbs. 

3) Gently knock package of SW veg mix against the countertop to break up any clumps. Open SW veg mix and pour into a Suvie pan. Cut open queso sauce and pour over the vegetables. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 375°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Air Fry for 18 mins)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 30 minutes) 

5) When the cook is complete, carefully remove french fries from Suvie, leaving vegetables in the top zone to keep warm. Gently shake fries to redistribute and return to Suvie. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes if crispier results are desired. 

6) After the cook, transfer fries to a serving platter. Stir vegetables and cheese sauce together and pour over the fries.
