Meal Card: Steak and Pesto Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages tri tip steak
- 1-2 packages green beans
- 1-2 packages tortellini
- 1-2 packages pesto
- 1-2 packets shredded parm
Directions
1) Place packet of pesto in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place parmesan on the counter to thaw or place in the fridge if scheduling this meal.
2) Open tri-tip steak into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Open cheese tortellini into a Suvie pan followed by the green beans. Pour thawed pesto over the pasta and 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp for 4 servings). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
5) Remove steak from Suvie, leaving pasta to keep warm. Flip steak over and return to Suvie. Confirm 2 minute broil time for Steak (note, for well-done steak broil for 4 minutes).
6) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer steak to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. Stir tortellini together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates, topping with parmesan. Cut steak into slices and divide between plates.
