Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

Sweepstakes Period: June 8, 2026 – June 26, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Please read these Official Rules carefully before participating. By participating in the Suvie Referral Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Suvie, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 8, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The random drawing will take place on or about June 27, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter and win, you must:

Be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
Be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
Be an active Suvie customer with a registered Suvie account in good standing as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period;
Be a member of the official Suvie Facebook Group or a recipient of the Suvie referral email communication.

Employees, officers, and directors of Suvie, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of such individuals are NOT eligible to participate or win.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may earn entries by submitting referrals through Suvie’s official referral program. Each valid referral submitted during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

A “valid referral” is defined as:

A referral submitted through Suvie’s official referral link or channel;
Submitted by an eligible participant during the Sweepstakes Period;
For a person who has not previously been referred or held a Suvie account.

There is no limit to the number of referrals (and therefore entries) a single participant may submit during the Sweepstakes Period, provided each referral is unique and valid. Multiple entries from the same participant will be accepted, increasing their chances of winning proportionally.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

A $1,000 USD Meal Credit applied to their active Suvie account (“Prize”).

The Meal Credit:

Has no cash value and is non-transferable;
May only be applied to the winner’s registered Suvie account and cannot be transferred to another account;
Is subject to Suvie’s standard terms of service and account policies;
Must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance;
Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated by Suvie.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize: $1,000 USD. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about June 19, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Suvie or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via:

A direct message or comment in the official Suvie Facebook Group, and/or
The email address associated with their Suvie account.

The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within that time, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Suvie may make up to two (2) alternate winner selections before the prize is forfeited.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating, you agree that:

All information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes must be truthful and accurate.
Suvie reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and entries at any time.
Suvie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Suvie reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Suvie’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Suvie’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating, you release and hold harmless Suvie, Inc. and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or connected with participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize, including any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Suvie is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes.

10. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (iii) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

11. FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants are providing information to Suvie, Inc. and not to Facebook. Any questions or comments regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Suvie, not to Facebook. By participating, each participant releases Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

12. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Suvie’s Privacy Policy, available at www.suvie.com/privacy. By entering, participants consent to Suvie’s collection and use of their personal information as described herein.

13. WINNER LIST
