Thai Chili Glazed Chicken Grain Bowl

Served with kale, this grain bowl is loaded with nutrients and packed with protein for a healthy meal that keeps you going. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings, 20 minutes for 4 servings

Top Zone: Roast at 360°F for 27 minutes for 2 servings, 37 minutes for 4 servings 

 Select YES from frozen when preparing a Rapid Cook Meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken breast
  • 8 oz quinoa and vegetable blend 
  • 5 oz kale
  • 2 oz Thai chili glaze

Directions

1) Open chicken breasts and place on a roasting rack in a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt). Place pan in top zone of your Suvie.

2) Open quinoa and vegetable blend and add to a Suvie pan. Add kale on top of quinoa. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt). Place pan in the bottom zone of your Suvie.

3) Load chicken into the top zone of Suvie and quinoa and kale into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide food between plates, drizzle the chicken with the Thai chili glaze and season to taste.
