Thai Chili Salmon with Rice and Peas
Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) salmon filets
- 1 oz Thai chili glaze
- 10 oz white rice
- 3 oz peas
Directions
1) Set a Suvie roasting rack into a Suvie pan. Open salmon filets and place on top of the roasting rack. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt).
2) Cut open white rice and pour into a separate Suvie pan. Cut open peas and scatter on top of the white rice. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt). Set Thai chili sauce out to come to room temperature while the meal cooks.
3) Load salmon into the top zone of your Suvie and the rice and peas into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) After the cook is complete, divide salmon, white rice, and peas between plates. Drizzle Thai chili glaze over the salmon and serve.

I’m new to Suvie and I’m using the 3.0. Which way should I use the roasting rack? Lower or upper position in the pan?
